EXPLORE OUR TALENTO PROJECT MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW FOR SOLUTIONS

01 | CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENT

Leveraging the Talento Assessment Methodology, our dedicated team will evaluate the current state of a business and its organizational structure. This includes elements of brand direction, employee value propositions, and anything else that will allow our team to design a strategy for human capital improvement. Beyond the assessment, we will identify the necessary technology platforms for success and align the proposed changes with business criteria of the organization.

02 | IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING

To ensure all aspects of the strategy work in concert, we will highlight routine processes and dedicated team roles that are consistent across the management process. This allows greater standardization and efficiency. Once these plans are in place, our team can then conduct a deeper dive into culture, systems training, and the process deployment expectations.

03 | COMMUNICATION

Continued communication and clear guides are important to standardization and consistency throughout the human capital management process. Our teams will work together to define things like criteria for new hires and common best practices for successful managers. This agreed upon criteria will extend into guidelines and an onboarding checklist when a candidate moves forward or training processes advance.

04 | IMPLEMENTATION

Following through with the selection and assessment process, this is where we execute on all of the designated methodologies. In this stage, our teams will undergo outreach, strategy testing, and the initial implementation processes.

05 | SUPPORT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Central to the success of any strategy implementation is continued support and monitoring change. Talento will help define reporting parameters and intervals in order to evaluate the business state, identify trends, and analyze business intelligence for advantages or holes in the deployed process.
