Prior to TalentoHCM, Brittany spent time in human resources with a division of Softbank International. Brittany possesses a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.

Andrea Rodriguez is a co-founder, officer, and Managing Director of the Coral Gables office at Talento Human Capital Management (HCM). Andrea plays a multi-faceted role overseeing customer experience for several key organizations in addition to the leadership of the centralized recruiting delivery function for Talento Recruiting. Andrea is also responsible for Marketing, Branding & Communications for TalentoHCM. Prior to TalentoHCM, Andrea served as a Market Manager with American City Business Journals where she supported the development of campaigns and media for professional services companies including Big 4 CPA firms, local and national recruiting companies, as well as technology and education sector organizations. Prior to ACBJ, Andrea served in progressive marketing roles with Defender Direct, a US centric security & energy services company. Andrea possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications & Spanish from Purdue University. Industry Experience: Airline, Travel & Leisure, Automotive, Retail, Consumer, Financial, Healthcare with assignments ranging from c-suite to professional level.
