Shaun Sisso is Manager, Customer Development & Experience responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customers and developing a recruiting team . Shaun partners with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver winning customer experiences directly driving the kickoff, submission, calibration, and selection phases of the Talento Assessment Methodology. Shaun collaborates internally with Researchers and Specialists to execute research, outreach, assessment, and qualification phases of the recruiting process delivering engagements in the Americas, Europe & Asia.
Beginning his career in recruiting as an analyst and progressing to specialist and senior specialist roles, Shaun also plays a dual role as a member of the firms Process, Procedures & Technology team that optimizes operations.
