Meet Tracy Reynolds
Tracy Reynolds is Customer Development & Experience Manager at Talento Human Capital Management. In this role, Tracy is the face of the customer, who leverages their unique perspective into the customer experience by using direct contact and communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction. This role proactively engages with key business stakeholders across the customer to bring forward the voice of the customer to identify and deliver critical customer-impacting solutions. Tracy oversees a team of 4+ Analysts and Recruiting Specialists and guides them through the full recruitment process to provide the most qualified candidates to our customers for their specific staffing needs.
Prior to Talento, Tracy started her recruiting career with a large Healthcare organization, she was one of two recruiters for the organization and was responsible for all staffing needs throughout. After spending almost four years working in corporate recruitment, she made the move to working within a large staffing firm located in NYC where she was responsible for placing Accounting and Finance professionals within consulting opportunities with a wide range of customers in various industries. From there she moved to a mid-size staffing firm and was responsible for guiding a team of 6 Sales and Recruiting specialists to assist various customers in a wide range of industries with their staffing needs within Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate Support needs.
