Rocio Rodriguez is Manager, Customer Development & Experience in the Recruiting division at Talento Human Capital Management (HCM). Rocio is responsible for developing new customers and managing the experience of existing customers ensuring the consistent execution of the Talento Assessment Methodology.
Prior to TalentoHCM, Rocio served as Director, Client Services at a national technology recruiting firm and as a Manager of Human Resources overseeing employee relations, recruiting and learning/development with a $500m information technology services organization. Prior to that, Rocio spent 7 years as a Senior Account Manager for a Top 4 IT recruiting services firm. Rocio possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Purdue University.
