Rocio Rodriguez is Director, Customer Development & Experience responsible for delivering talent solutions to enterprise and middle market customers. Previously, Rocio served as Manager, Customer Experience implementing a Contingent Workforce Program and Technology recruiting strategy for a Fortune 500 account.

Prior to TalentoHCM, Rocio served as Director, Client Services at a national technology recruiting firm and as a Manager of Human Resources overseeing employee relations, recruiting and learning/development for a $500m information technology services organization. Prior to that, Rocio spent 7 years as a Senior Account Manager for a Top 4 IT recruiting services firm. Rocio possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Purdue University.

Andrea is also responsible for Marketing, Branding & Communications for TalentoHCM. Prior to TalentoHCM, Andrea served as a Market Manager with American City Business Journals where she supported the development of campaigns and media for professional services companies including Big 4 CPA firms, local and national recruiting companies, as well as technology and education sector organizations. Prior to ACBJ, Andrea served in progressive marketing roles with Defender Direct, a US centric security & energy services company. Andrea possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications & Spanish from Purdue University. Brittany Armstrong is a Senior Specialist in the Recruiting division at Talento Human Capital Management (HCM). Brittany is responsible for research, outreach, assessment, and qualification phases of the recruiting process delivering engagements in North America.
